Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is collected and processed by the authorised Perodua dealer facilitating your vehicle booking through this platform.
2. Data Collected
We collect your full name (as per IC), Malaysian identity card number, mobile phone number, employment type, and monthly income for the purpose of processing your vehicle booking and deposit.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is used to: (a) process and confirm your vehicle booking; (b) facilitate loan pre-assessment and financing referral; (c) enable the Sales Advisor to contact you; and (d) comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Disclosure
Your data may be disclosed to: (a) the authorised Perodua dealer and their appointed Sales Advisor; (b) financial institutions for loan application purposes; and (c) Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd, as required for vehicle registration.
5. Retention
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above, or as required by law. Data will be securely deleted once no longer required.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact your Sales Advisor or the dealer directly.
7. Consent
By ticking the consent checkbox on the booking form, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice, and you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described above.
